CANCELING A PURCHASE INSTANTLY
Please be aware that your card will not be charged until the item is shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our customer service if you need to cancel an order before it ships. We will try to hold your package until it has been shipped. Please send us an email with your order number and the subject "Cancellation". This will allow us to process your request properly. We cannot guarantee cancellation of every order due to the fast shipping process. We will refund your money within 15 days.
WE REFUND ITEMS IF THEY ARE CORRECTLY RETURNED
We offer you the opportunity to return the product within 14 days after receipt if you are not satisfied. The items must be in the original packaging and unopened. They should also be unused, undamaged and if possible, unused.
